I went with my partner and our two kids, and to be honest, it just didn’t feel like the most family-friendly experience for us. The room had a intense vibe, which might be fun for some people, but it was a bit much for the younger ones. The staff were there, sure, but the explanations weren’t really kid-friendly, so the kids were mostly confused instead of excited.

Maybe it works better for adults or older teens. And then suddenly it was just stress, stress, stress. Not exactly the fun family day out we were hoping for. We left feeling disappointed, and the kids definitely weren’t into it.

I wanted to feel a bit more confident going in, but the pre-game briefing felt really rushed and kind of confusing. The staff mostly just talked at us, and I didn’t feel like the rules were explained clearly enough. We went into the room already feeling unsure and a little annoyed, which affected the whole experience for me. The room itself might have been fine, but I could’ve used a bit more reassurance at the start.

The difficulty felt all over the place, honestly. One part was way too easy, then the next suddenly hit like some cheap nonsense. It just didn’t feel balanced at all, like the game couldn’t decide what it wanted to be.

The room design was disappointing. It felt confusing to navigate and the materials came across as cheap, which didn’t seem fair for what guests are paying. I don’t expect luxury everywhere, but I do think a place should be thoughtful and honest about the experience it’s offering.

We had a decent time overall and the room itself was mostly fun. A few of the clues felt kind of unclear though, and I couldn’t help wondering if we were missing something or if they just weren’t set up that well. After the game, the debrief was super quick too, which felt a bit strange, like they were trying to move us along without really talking through what we missed. The staff were nice enough, so I don’t want to be too harsh. I might try another room there someday, but this one didn’t totally win me over.

Tried to book a room. It was annoying. The site kept sending me back to re-enter stuff. Times weren’t clear either. Payment felt clunky, and I wasn’t sure it even worked. I gave up and booked elsewhere. Bad first impression

The escape room itself might’ve been fine, but the whole atmosphere of the place kind of put me off, actually. When we first walked in, it felt dark in a not-so-great way, a bit cramped, and just not very welcoming.
While we were waiting around, there wasn’t much energy or warmth from the venue, so it ended up feeling a little awkward. It’s not the kind of place I’d be in a hurry to go back to.

I had a really rough time trying to use this site with a screen reader. The menus were confusing, a lot of the buttons didn’t really explain what they did, and when I tried zooming the text, parts of the page started breaking. I ended up giving up before I could book anything because it really felt like accessibility wasn’t considered much. Frustrating, honestly...

I was let down by this room, even though there were a couple of small moments I thought were cool. The setup sounded interesting, but once we got inside it just didn’t feel very immersive. Some of the props looked neat at first, but then the whole thing started feeling like a bunch of random stuff placed around the room with a thin story holding it together. I wouldn’t say it was terrible, because a few puzzles were fun enough, but I also never really felt pulled into the experience. It felt less like an escape adventure and more like a budget puzzle room trying to be something bigger.

I walked away feeling a little disappointed. For the price, I expected more, and it just didn’t feel like I got enough value for what I paid. Maybe it works for some people, but for me, it left that frustrating feeling of wishing I’d spent my money elsewhere

We kept stopping and asking each other what was even supposed to be happening, which kind of ruined the whole vibe. Maybe we missed something, but also if you need to explain it that much, then it probably isn’t working. For the price, I just expected it to be more fun or at least easier to follow. We left disappointed, honestly.

The location just didn’t work for me. It took forever to get there, and by the time we arrived I already felt like I’d spent half the day dealing with directions, timing, and little service-related questions that no one seemed especially eager to help with.
Parking was a headache too, and public transport didn’t really make things any smoother. Maybe it’s totally fine if you live close by, but for us it ended up feeling like way too much hassle for something that was supposed to be a fun outing.

The walkways felt cramped, the staff barely checked on us the whole time. When you're in a place like that, shouldn't you feel a little more looked after?

We booked this for my son’s birthday, it just didn’t go how I hoped. The staff seemed really rushed the whole time, and our room didn’t even start on time, which threw everything off. The kids were excited at first, but then they were just standing around waiting and getting bored. Also, no one really explained what was supposed to happen, so we were kind of confused, and I kept having to ask questions. For what we paid, I really expected it to feel more organized and special. It was just a bit of a mess, unfortunately. I don’t think we’d book again

The puzzles just didn’t land for us. A few felt kind of random, and the clues didn’t connect in a way that made sense, so we spent more time confused than actually having fun. I get that puzzles are supposed to be challenging, but there’s a difference between difficult and poorly put together. I really think the team needs to take a closer look, test these properly, and own the fact that this part of the experience wasn’t up to standard.

It took quite a while to hear back, which was a bit frustrating. I get that things can get busy, but the slow response time felt preventable.

We went as a group, and it just felt way too cramped. It was hard to really enjoy ourselves when not everyone could join in or feel included. For me, it’s probably fine for a smaller outing, but I wouldn’t choose it again for a group.

The room was clean enough overall, so I didn’t feel totally uncomfortable staying there. But the toilet area felt a bit messy, and that kind of stuck with me because bathrooms are the one place I really want to feel spotless. It wasn’t terrible, just not as clean as I’d hoped.

i mean, the theme choices just felt limited to me. I was hoping there’d be more variety, but a lot of the options looked kind of similar and didn’t really stand out.
